So each product listed is considered for its' suitability and usefulness to this hobby.  For instance, the Airband performance of a  Scanning Receiver may be of  higher priority to some users than any "whistles and bells " feature level it may have and don't assume that  more memory channels,  a high price tag or it's the latest model  means it's the best for Airband. You won't find every scanner made here, just those best suited in my opinion for this area of usage.
