 There's now a choice of Real-Time Virtual Radar systems, with the launch by AirNav Systems of the RadarBox. This "new kid on the block", consists of a smaller receiver unit (just 130 x 105 x 25mm) and more sophisticated software / user interface package than Kinectics' SBS-1. A notable feature, which might sway some peoples choice, is that if you are logged to the "net",  RadarBox downloads an image of the aircraft.
