The
AA30 is an ideal solution to the practical problems often encountered
when trying to
improve shortwave reception. An alternative
to an external Long-Wire / Balun Transformer system, the AA30 is a
self contained aerial system employing a 51cm telescopic
whip. This couples to a low loss antenna tuner using active electronics to give high selectivity and variable gain. The tunable input peak control ensures best possible weak signal reception and interference rejection. Additionally it call also be used with a Long-Wire system, acting as an Aerial Tuning Unit. A rear mounted switch can select either wall transformer input or a 9v internal battery. Specifications: |
