A new "budget price " Shortwave HF Radio from Eton, with Single Side Band (SSB) reception facility, making  it ideal as an introductory receiver for those wishing to start monitoring long haul flights for SELCALS,  as well as  general shortwave listening.

It's compact size being slightly smaller than the average paperback book, makes for convenient travel or desk top usage and an ample memory capacity of 700 should be enough even for the most fervent of users. The memory has 100 pages (or banks in scanner terms) each holding 7 channels. These pages can be labelled allowing frequencies from the same ground station eg Shanwick, to be grouped together. Thereby providing simple channel checking for activity or improved reception conditions.
